Attend Marketplace Purchase Policy

Welcome to Attend, where every seat counts! Our mission is to provide a seamless, fair, and efficient marketplace for fans, teams, and venues to sell and resell tickets to unforgettable live events. This Purchase Policy governs ticket transactions on our platforms, including www.attend.tech, www.pass.attendevents.com, www.flex2.seasonshare.com, and www.flow.attendevents.com (collectively, the “Site”). It applies to all ticket purchases and resales made on or after August 05, 2025, including Fan-to-Fan exchanges. Attend operates solely as a marketplace, facilitating ticket sales and resales by fans, teams, venues, and other sellers; we do not sell or own any tickets ourselves. We partner with trusted third-party providers, including Ticketmaster and Tickets.com, to process transactions securely. Please review our Terms of Use, which govern your use of our Site and your purchase, possession, or use of any tickets, products, or services. For questions, please contact us.
- Currency All ticket prices for events in the United States are stated in U.S. Dollars.
- Payment Methods We offer multiple payment options for your convenience, including American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and, for select events. Payments are processed securely through our third-party partners depending on the event and ticketing platform.
- Who You Are Buying From Attend’s marketplace is where fans, teams, venues, artists, fan clubs, promoters, and leagues (collectively, “Sellers”) sell and resell tickets. We do not sell or own any tickets; we facilitate transactions between buyers and Sellers through our Site, powered by Ticketmaster, Tickets.com, or directly through teams and venues. When you purchase a ticket for an event in the United States, Attend, in partnership with a relevant team or venue, handles the transaction and collects payment on behalf of the Seller. For resale tickets, you are buying from fans, season ticket holders, professional resellers, teams, or venues. Tickets purchased from unauthorized sources outside our Site may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit and, if so, are void. We strongly recommend purchasing only through our Site or authorized partners to ensure ticket authenticity.
- Pricing and Availability
Ticket prices and seating locations are set by Sellers (fans, teams, venues, or other resellers),
not by Attend or our third-party partners (Ticketmaster, Tickets.com, teams, or venues). Tickets
are distributed through multiple channels, including our Site, mobile apps, and venue box offices,
typically accessing the same ticketing system and inventory. Popular events may sell out quickly,
but additional tickets may become available closer to the event date, subject to Seller discretion.
For resale tickets, prices are determined by Sellers and may be significantly higher than their original face value. Market prices for resale tickets may change until Order Confirmation, and we cannot guarantee the displayed price or ticket availability until your order is confirmed. We are not responsible for typographical or system errors in ticket listings. If an error occurs during processing, we will notify you, and a substitution may be offered at no additional cost, or a refund will be issued. Please review your tickets upon receipt and contact us with any concerns. We may charge fulfillment, shipping, service, or other fees, which may be adjusted at any time, including after tickets are posted for resale by Sellers. - Order Confirmation and Processing
Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation page or email (“Order Confirmation”) from
us or our third-party partners (Ticketmaster, Tickets.com, teams, or venues). If you do not receive
an Order Confirmation or encounter an error after submitting payment, it is your responsibility to
verify your order status via your account on our Site. We are not liable for losses if you assume an
order was not placed due to lack of confirmation.
For resale ticket purchases, you will receive an email acknowledging your request, which does not confirm ticket availability or price. This email indicates we have begun securing your requested tickets through our partners. Once secured, your payment method will be charged, and you will receive an Order Confirmation. In some cases, where electronic tickets are not yet available, a delivery update serves as confirmation until tickets are delivered. Orders may be finalized even without an Order Confirmation, invoice, or status update. If you haven’t heard from us, contact us to check your order status. Do not assume your order status based on lack of communication. Orders cannot be canceled due to email delivery issues. - Service Fees, Order Processing Fees, Taxes, and Shipping Charges Tickets purchased on our Site may incur per-ticket service fees, per-order processing fees, and applicable state or local taxes, which may be displayed separately or included in the total fee. In some cases, you may avoid our service fees by purchasing directly from the venue box office. Shipping or delivery fees, calculated based on location and method, may apply and may include a profit to Attend or our partners (Ticketmaster, Tickets.com, teams, or venues). Resale tickets are also subject to similar fees and taxes, which may change.
- Number of Tickets or “Ticket Limits” To ensure fair access, we impose a ticket limit per event, displayed during the purchase process and verified with each transaction. Accounts must be linked to a unique individual with valid, verifiable information. Using multiple accounts to bypass ticket limits may result in order cancellation without notice, prohibition of future purchases, and refunds at face value (excluding fees). This applies to orders tied to the same name, email, billing address, credit card, or other information.
- Ticket Transfer
Our Ticket Transfer feature, facilitated through our Site and partners like Ticketmaster and
Tickets.com, allows you to digitally send eligible tickets to friends or family from your online
account. Recipients can accept transferred tickets via their account.
Upon acceptance, a new barcode is issued, invalidating the sender’s tickets. Only the latest transferred ticket is valid for event entry. Senders can modify or cancel transfers before acceptance, but we may cancel transferred tickets if obtained fraudulently or in violation of our policies. Know and trust the person transferring tickets to you.
Recipients can select Mobile or Print-at-Home delivery (if available). Merchandise, VIP packages, fan club memberships, and ticket insurance are non-transferable. If an event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved, only the original purchaser (who bought directly from our Site) is eligible for refunds or credits. Recipients must transfer tickets back to the original purchaser for refund or credit requests. - Canceled, Postponed, Rescheduled, and Moved Events
Events may be canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or moved to a different venue:
Canceled Events: No action is needed for a refund; we will process it to the original payment method once funds are received from the Seller. You may also receive an option for a credit, communicated via notification.
Resold Tickets (Canceled Events): If you resold tickets through our Site and were paid, your credit card may be charged to refund the buyer, and your tickets will be returned to your account. You’ll then receive a refund or credit option once funds are received from the Seller.
Postponed, Rescheduled, or Moved Events: Your tickets (including add-ons like parking) remain valid. Sellers may offer refunds or credits, communicated via notification. If you resold tickets through our Site, they may be returned to your account if the buyer requests a refund, allowing you to request a refund, credit, keep the tickets, or repost them for sale.
We will attempt to notify you of event status changes and refund or credit options. Check your account or contact us for details. We are not liable for travel or other expenses due to event changes. - Refunds, Credits, and Exchanges
All sales are final, with refunds allowed only in limited cases (see Section 9). Review your event
and seat selection carefully before purchase, as lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets are not
replaceable.
Refunds: For eligible events, we refund the ticket price, service fees, and add-ons (e.g., parking) to the original payment method. Expedited shipping, merchandise, fan club fees, and other amounts are non-refunded. Refunds cannot be issued to a different card. Seating map changes or post-onsale discounts do not qualify for refunds.
Chargebacks: Attempting to evade refund prohibitions or seeking chargebacks may result in ticket cancellation, account restrictions, and denial of future purchases.
Special Note for Resale Tickets: Except for canceled events, resale ticket purchases are non-refunded and non-exchangeable, as we commit to securing tickets on your behalf upon order submission. - Special Refund Provisions for Illinois or New York Resale Tickets
Illinois Events: Refunds for resale tickets are issued if: (a) the event is canceled
(excluding shipping fees); (b) the ticket is counterfeit or canceled due to non-payment (unless due
to your actions); (c) the ticket does not match its listing; or (d) the ticket is not delivered.
New York Events: Refunds for resale tickets are issued if: (a) the event is canceled (excluding shipping fees); (b) the ticket is counterfeit, canceled due to non-payment, or the event was canceled before purchase (unless due to your actions); or (c) the ticket does not match its listing, unless you approved a substitution. - Account, Order, and Billing Information Verification All account and order information must be valid and verifiable. Orders require credit card approval and billing address verification. Orders with false, misleading, or unverifiable information may be canceled, and tickets may be sold to another customer without notice.
- Delivery Options
Delivery methods vary by event, venue, location, timing, and demand, and are set by Sellers through
our partners (Ticketmaster, Tickets.com, teams, or venues). Options may include:
• Mobile: Available for U.S. events.
• Print-at-Home: Available for U.S. events. - Pricing and Other Errors If a ticket price is incorrect, or if you order tickets before their scheduled sale or for tickets not meant for sale, we may cancel the order and refund the amount paid. We are not liable for expenses incurred due to such errors. Erroneous or excessive refunds may be recharged to the original payment method.
- Multiple Browser Windows Use only one browser window when ordering tickets to avoid losing tickets, purchase errors, or timer expiration.
- Limitation of Liability Objects like balls or pucks may enter spectator areas, posing injury risks. Stay alert at all times. You assume all risks and dangers related to the event, including inclement weather and communicable diseases (e.g., COVID-19), and waive claims for personal injury or death against Attend, Season Share, Inc., Sellers, and affiliates. See the Limitation of Liability section in our Terms of Use for additional details.
- License; Ejection and Cancelation; No Redemption Value You must comply with Seller rules. Non-compliance, disorderly conduct, or vulgar language may result in ejection or admission refusal without refund. Tickets are a revocable license, not redeemable for cash, and admission may be refused.
- Recording, Transmission, and Exhibition Events are public, and your actions at the venue have no expectation of privacy. You grant Attend, Sellers, and partners permission to use your name, image, likeness, and actions in any media, without compensation, for any purpose. Virtual events are for personal viewing only and may not be recorded, copied, or distributed.
- You Are Subject to Search You consent to searches of your person and belongings upon event entry. Refusal may result in denial of entry without refund. Prohibited items (e.g., firearms, alcohol, drugs, cameras) vary by venue rules.
- Unlawful Resale of Tickets; Promotions Unlawful ticket resale or counterfeit tickets may lead to seizure and cancellation without compensation. You are responsible for complying with applicable resale laws. We may restrict or deny purchasing privileges for policy violations. Purchase tickets only through our Site, Ticketmaster, Tickets.com, teams, venues, or authorized partners to ensure authenticity. Tickets may not be used for promotions or contests without our written authorization.
