- Upfront commitment tiers – Fans deposit $2,500, $5,000, or $10,000, unlocking no-fee purchases and tiered discounts up to 10% off individual ticket rates. Any credit deposited into the Flex Plan does not carry over to next season – MSG Flex Plan users redeemed 99% of their credit overall.

- True flexibility – Fans choose games as the season unfolds without locking in dates upfront.

- Self-serve convenience – A user-friendly portal with interactive 3D seat views, transparent pricing, and simple checkout keeps fans in control while reps focus on high-value selling.
